I came in with really tight legs and glutes.
It takes someone knowledgeable and strong to release my super tight muscles. Peyton nailed it. He is a good blend of social and concentrating on the job at hand. I felt heard. He allowed me the time and space to breathe through the deeper strokes and checked in to make sure the pressure was good. When my body relaxed into the hold he was able to get in deeper. I would definitely recommend him. Best 2 hour lower body message I have ever had!!

First time to Body Work today and received a wonderful massage by Peyton. I had two specific issues and he worked each one until the tightness was gone. The space is clean, warm and welcoming and both Peyton and Baileigh were helpful, professional and knowledgeable.
