Peyton was attentive and thorough.
I came in with really tight legs and glutes.
It takes someone knowledgeable and strong to release my super tight muscles. Peyton nailed it. He is a good blend of social and concentrating on the job at hand. I felt heard. He allowed me the time and space to breathe through the deeper strokes and checked in to make sure the pressure was good. When my body relaxed into the hold he was able to get in deeper. I would definitely recommend him. Best 2 hour lower body message I have ever had!!

First time to Body Work today and received a wonderful massage by Peyton. I had two specific issues and he worked each one until the tightness was gone. The space is clean, warm and welcoming and both Peyton and Baileigh were helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

I am writing this review to thank Payton and Bailey for the wonderful care I received at their establishment.

I wasn’t a big believer in massage therapy but I was at my wits end. I was suffering from pain under my scapula and deep into my Rhomboids. It was so tight and bothersome that I hadn’t had a full nights sleep in a week and was delirious.

Short of a doctors appointment I visited Payton and Bailey, a wonderful hard working entrepreneurial couple who are bright, motivated and dedicated to making people’s lives better.

Their office was nice, clean and welcoming. Payton took me to a room and went right to work explaining every aspect of his approach on the problem areas. Payton answered all of my questions and made recommendations to maintain better posture and work out safely.

I went home and I’m happy to report that for the first time in a week I had 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep and my motivation returned. Thank You! I will definitely recommend this business!

Highly recommend!! They worked on our son who plays for Tocoi Football and he felt amazing afterwards! Very knowledgeable and we’ll absolutely be going back!
